We ship to any part of the Philippines.
2. How to order?After finalizing the products in your cart, checkout the items and fill up the detail form to complete your order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a tracking number from our affiliated courier. Use the tracking number to check the status of your order.
3. How do I pay for my order?
We accept COD payments. To request for other payment options, please check our store platforms or contact our support.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. However, if your order is already in transit, cancellation is not allowed. Please contact our support immediately to know if cancellation request is still eligible. Thank you for understanding!
5. Refund/Change Item Request
We only accept returns within 7 days from the date of receiving. However, the item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be present. For defective items, we accept refund or change item requests only to those proven defect items. Damages that might occur from mobilization will not be accepted. For return products due to change of mind, change item is the only option as long as it is within the 7-day return policy. Strictly no refund or change item/s after 7 days.

We are affiliated with third party logistic partners. In-house delivery is also available for bulk and special orders.
